The Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center is seeking candidates for a Dissemination Project Manager in our Grants and Program Evaluation Department. The Dissemination Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination of a statewide dissemination and implementation initiative. The current project will improve children’s access to an evidence-based treatment for families with physical abuse histories, Alternatives for Families: A Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (AF-CBT). The Dissemination Project Manager coordinates logistics for the training sessions, ongoing consultation calls, and weekly project metrics. In addition, the Dissemination Project Manager works closely with project leadership to evaluate the data and disseminate outcomes of the project to funders, practitioners, and researchers in the field of child maltreatment. Candidates with proper training (i.e., Master’s degree in relevant field) and interest in delivering clinical services have the opportunity to be trained in and deliver AF-CBT.
