Receptionist/Child Advocate
As a member of a clinical support team, the Receptionist/Child Advocate ensures that all clients, visitors and community partners are received and directed appropriately in a caring and professional manner. In addition, this individual is responsible for ensuring safety, supervision and support for children in the waiting area. This individual must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to allow for services to be provided during extended hours for up to two nights per week. Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills and work well in a team environment. A High School Degree and experience in customer service and working with children is preferred; Bi-lingual English-Spanish speaking will be considered a plus.

Receptionist/Family Advocate
We are hiring a Receptionist/Family Advocate to help ensure that all clients, visitors and community partners are received and directed appropriately in a caring and professional manner. The Receptionist/Family Advocate will provide direct, hands-on support and assistance across a continuum of Dee Norton services, including ensuring safety, supervision and support for children in the waiting area and internal coordination through client orientation and case management. This individual will be assigned to work in our Mount Pleasant location and must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to allow for services to be provided during extended hours for up to two nights per week. Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills and work well in a team environment. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; Associate’s Degree plus four years experience working in victim advocacy or related field may be substituted: Bi-lingual English-Spanish speaking will be considered a plus.
